(15,164 posts)78. I've read some of the book and remember the story quite clearly
What struck me at the time -and what I took away from it -was that President Obama was remorseful for his actions and the way that he had behaved and not only regretted it but learned from the error of his ways and became a better person because of it.
Whereas the half-hearted non-apology that Mittens gave suggests to me that he probably remembers the incident and couldn't care less
