And he received better treatment and a lesser sentence than Leopoldo. Hell, he lasted less than 2 years in prison thanks to Caldera's pardoning.

Of course, you won't hear that coming from the Chavista useful idiots in this forum. They all eat up all the BS propaganda from the Chavista regime that Leopoldo is some terrorist or some CIA operative or what-have-you, and will probably think it was a fair trial, but then again, even international observers were denied entry to the trial itself.

We'll see how this plays out. One thing for sure though is that at this point, Lopez's "Mandelization" is complete, and when he gets out of jail, he'll be the next president.
