(3,211 posts)31. It is my belief that there is no drug that can put something
in a person that is not there already. I think this guy already had intent to shoot his wife before this. The pot just lowered his inhibitions. He also had easy access to a weapon, and that's a bad thing even for non-intoxicated people.
Also, the number of occasions where we hear about people doing this while using cannabis is still pretty rare. People still have been using it, even being illegal. It's not like suddenly those numbers are going to change.
