and most of us thought it was...the civil war has been over for 150 years..I really don't think slavery will be re-enacted anytime soon, much to the chagrin of these bozos..

Oh, and MO like other states has a hard enough time getting physicians without disregarding the alum of one of the largest Med schools in this part of the US..

Nobody really cares if they allow it or not...it is the racist roots of these jackhole's reason for this legislation which is filthy..
