(20,582 posts)159. I still remember watching Court TV years ago and one reporting
by ....... ugh, I can't remember the name now, showed bits of a trial where a man (who happened to be black) was sentenced to LIFE for what I thought would be about a five-year sentence.
I was completely shocked, and it made my stomach a bit sick. What a horrific, inhumane law.

I find it suspect that folks care so much about black men being incarcerated when it comes to weed.
