Russia has violated Turkey's airspace numerous times and they've sent letters of protest in the past. Duration doesn't matter when you violate someone's airspace. A violation is a violation.

Russia was bombing anti-Assad forces along the Turkish border which are not affiliated with ISIS.

It was only a matter of time.

Did Putin expect NATO to be throwing flowers at him?
