42. What is a "big groundswell"?

Is the "big groundswell" of people who think Texas should be its own country larger or smaller than the "big groundswell" of people who think they can drive without a license if they're not being paid to drive, the one of people who think you can write "accepted for value" on a bill and it'll magically be paid out of the secret account the government set up by selling your birth certificate on the stock market, or the "big groundswell" of people who think they don't have to pay income taxes?
