They have to have more evidence than hearsay. The he said / she said argument is not compelling in a courtroom.

All of the other allegations from other women are just that, allegations, and they will not be admissible as evidence in his trial.

Before someone goes off on me; I absolutely believe that these women are telling the truth, i'm just interested in the methodology a prosecution will have to go through to get a conviction.
