Witnesses say that at least two of the men in the black SUV "were at a New Years Eve party on Crisoforo Drive before the incident."

Knowing that, the police should be able to track down the shooter (I would think)

Ironic that the victim was shot only hours after Texas's new "Open Carry Law" went into effect
