7. How much of that goes to general election downticket races? Any of it?

I wouldn't call that amount "just short" of what Clinton raised. She raked in 55 million, 37 for herself and the balance to the downticket contests.

Is that his full amount? Or is there more not mentioned that's earmarked for DNC distribution?
