40. Who would vacation in Kansas? Texas is more of a vacation spot

Besides they did have Kathleen seblius (D)as governor until she left to be part of the Obama administration. And personally there has been some electoral fraud over election results. There is a woman who was checking them out at a university in Kansas and she got fired.
