He knows kids just throw their packed lunches away than go buy whatever the school is serving up.
He knows all about it. He knows because he has seen pictures of happy kids in Patterson New Jersey throwing away their packed lunches only to stand in line coin in hand to buy lunch ,he knows ,he has seen it.
