56. You can still participate in society

while not putting the u in Colour. You can still go to a restaurant, and the movies. You can still go to a ballot box. Or the Market. Or use the Underground in London.
People that don't know any English at all, and refuse to learn can't do any of these things. If you don't want to participate in British society, you can easily do that from Saudia Arabia or UAE. No reason you have to be in England for that.
