30. Their ideas about the Constitution are really weird.

The refuge was set up by Teddy Roosevelt to protect migratory waterfowl and birds
who used his CONSTITUTIONALY GRANTED POWERS.

BTW as the proud grandson of the late Bob W. of the Ashland, OR area I hate
to think what he or his fellow ranchers and farmers would do if some idiot had
