62. Rest in Peace Nancy

Say what we will she did very well by her husband. I truly believe that she went to great lengths to protect his Alzheimers progression. I think I saw her doing it by feeding him lines during photo shoots at times. Then after they left the White House we knew nothing about how the disease progressed. She did a very good job making sure his legacy is a very good one.

And I certainly had no use for him and his ideology. I think he was a horrible President, especially about the AIDS issue. He embarrassed me every day and I really disliked him, even as a person.

But I have to be truthful about someone who devoted her life to him and to his legacy. Anyone would be very lucky to have such devotion from their spouse regardless of what their ideology is.
