Should've filed your request sooner. The RNC shouldn't get special treatment and move to the front of the queue just because you want to win an election. I imagine FOIA requests are near an all time high with the State Department at the moment.

One other thing that sticks out to me... Republicans control the legislature. It should be entirely within their power to increase transparency and oversight of the State department and increase resources devoted to responding to FOIA requests in a timely manner.
