If he doesn't go he will alienate right-wing zionists for whom US policy exists to prop up Natenyahu.
and they have long memories, money and power.
remember cynthia McKinney. when she spoke against aipac, they easily organized and defeated her in the primary.

If he does go, he may alienate some of his supporters, but since progressive people who are into electoral politics, have nowhere to go but bernie (except greens) my analysis is that from the standpoint of being the standard bearer - which is the only criteria any politician has - he has less to lose by attending.
