I've donated several times. I hold an American passport and live overseas as a permanent resident of South Korea. Prior to recently I noticed they only asked who my employer was and my occupation. It means they are going to have to put some resources in to contacting people and add the additional information.

It's not like the Chinese giving money to Bill Clinton.
