No idea how much this man has in wealth, but he should pay restitution to the families who lost their children, father, husband, etc. This man made a terrible mistake...but it cost four people their precious lives for HIS mistake. He needs to pay MORE than just sitting in a prison for ten years. They are gone FOREVER!!
