I'm curious if you apply the same across all countries, or if it's just the US who gets that criticism?

Let's say right now a news story broke about the US buzzing a Russian warship, and a member of the Russian government made similar comments as Kerry. Would you be making the same comments about Russia, or would you be more focused on the US buzzing of a Russian warship?
