It's called the Minority Report
Under Democratic Party rules any candidate with 25% or more of the delegates automatically gets proportional representation on the Platform Committee as delegates they hold.
If he has 33% of the delegates, he gets 33% of the members
Also, under party rules, they can contest anything in the platform and try and insert anything into they wish.
They are entitled to bring everything they want to add or remove to the convention floor for open discussion and vote by all delegates there

That is how the Civil Rights platform got added to the Democratic Party platform in 1948... even though then-President Harry S Truman opposed adding it

So your hope of totally locking him out is likely not going to happen
