(17,146 posts)It's striking to me how these so-called progressives have abandoned all progressive positions that reflect badly on Clinton. Suddenly, making voting easier (in New York) is a bad thing, because it would mean allowing people to vote who might not vote for your choice, or who might not be in the club, officially.
Honestly, they cannot see what is wrong with the Democratic Party because they are so blinded either by hate for Bernie or winning at all costs. Now, I don't think Bernie or anyone else has all the answers, but what is clear to me is that more and more people are not registering for either political party because they are sick of politics as usual. The Republicans are toxic, of course. But the Democrats have also lost their way. And much of that responsibility belongs to the first Clinton administration.
I honestly don't know what I will do in November. I think it might depend on how close the election is in my state. I cannot stomach Hillary (really, more that I cannot stomach what she represents).
