If California's Statute of limitation allows filing up until the victims 25th birthday, assuming no issue of repressed memory or discovery of correlation between injury and sexual assault, the statute ran 10 years ago.

If she was 13 in 1994 then she turned 18 in 1999, which means she turned 25 in 2006. The suit is 10 years too late and shouldn't survive a motion to dismiss.

She is now 35 years old. That, and the extreme detail of the initial complaint, filed in California, at this point in the campaign make it highly implausible.

I doubt she'll ever come forward to further prosecute her case. It's all political smear.
