It's insane.
I have to get past there to get into the office supply store to buy ink and paper so I make sure I don't try to do it any where near lunch time on a weekday.
I ate at Chick-Fil-A once, got food poisoning and would never go back for that reason alone.

I don't know what it is about them, but there is always a line of cars around the store

I'm vegetarian so all I'd eat is their waffle fries which I ate once in Florida years ago BUT
