Without that he didn't get the nomination.
Hillary advisers said they would appeal to the DNC's Rules & Bylaws Committee . Where have I heard the term wine & cheese?
On May 31, the rules committee accepted the Michigan state party's 69-59 distribution of pledged delegates and restored half votes to Florida's and Michigan's delegations.
Hillary in 08 lost before the last two states voted June 3 on super-delegates.
IF Bernie gets close, superdelegates in states he won can switch or avoid controversy and stay home entirely.
