In reply to the discussion: California Gov. Jerry Brown Endorses Hillary Clinton [View all]cui bono
(19,926 posts)Brown and Obama are criticized for their policies. Brown has allowed fracking for one, which is hugely detrimental to the environment and you'd think we have enough earthquakes out here. He used to be very liberal but this time around he's not that liberal at all.
Obama is a moderate Republican, he has said so himself. His policies are centrist and corporate friendly. He sold out to big pharma and put the public option out to pasture and didn't even try for single payer. He had private meetings with big pharma and never listened to a peep from single payer advocates. He expanded spying on American citizens. He has prosecuted more whistleblowers than all other presidents combined. He offered to cut social security. He called torturers patriots. He enacted more free trade deals. He wants the TPP passed.
So yes, you are wrong because you refuse to digest critical analysis and believe that anyone who criticizes a politician is a hater. You don't seem to hold dear any of the policy stances and principles that the Democratic Party is supposed to stand for because you blindly support someone who does not uphold them, thereby throwing your principles away assuming you were critical of Bush when he did the above.
Not good enough, sheshe2.
