There is the civil suit with the RW group Judicial Watch. The same suit could have come from the left leaning CREW but the Clintons effectively stopped that by taking over the organization via Brock. So Hillbots can claim it's just a RW witch hunt per usual. That's been going on ad nauseam here at DU.

The Civil suit started an investigation by the FBI. Three that I know of by now:
1) Security Breaches by having a private server. No intent, but still liable as gross negligence. Also possibly using leaked CIA info via Sid Blumenthal instead of notifying authorities of a possible CIA leak.
2) Cover up of the emails. Lying. Tampering with email printouts. Withholding emails.
3) Clinton Foundation dealings which investigation started last fall. First they have expanded to McA possibly as a little fish to catch the big fish? Now they are expanding to USAID and an honest judge is compelling Obama to cooperate. What is the crime they are considering? RICO? Pay for Play? Both?

The Clintons look like crooks. If they are, I hope they get real punishment. Leaders should be held to a higher standard but usually get Club Fed plus house arrest. If that.

So I will be happy that IF they are crooked then they will be prosecuted, but I also wish the 9/11 commission papers get released and an investigation into that reopened. I don't think murder has a statue of limitations. Let's clean all of our house.
