The LOCAL party is the one that reported this, and it was SANDERS' people who requested the reduction in polling places.
A reduction in polling places, resulting in long lines and delays, served to benefit Sanders. Why? His supporters are younger and have more stamina to stand in long lines. Clinton supporters trend older and don't do as well having to wait hours to vote.
