But I agree, let the schlock roll.

The answer to bad speech is not censorship, but more speech.

The root problem is not jerk programming but idiocracy viewership.

The solution is teaching critical thinking, not "teaching to the test" for facts and mechanical algorithms with no understanding. Further, the culture needs to find a way to respect scientists, engineers, doctors, teachers, and creative people more than sports celebrities and people who are famous for being famous.
