possession of marijuana. 1982!!! with a absolutely clean, including traffic violations, criminal record since then.

To hell with Canada and the "queen" it rode in on.

As for the 5% beer, I'm comfortable setting here in Michigan drinking a 6% Bud Platinum as I type.
