9. Appeals seem to be standard anymore.

With all of the evidence that was presented against Sandusky, and the overwhelming counts he was found guilty on....well, it seems like a shame that Pennsylvanians have to waste more tax dollars on this monster.

It would be much better to spend that money towards helping the victims, although I guess they'll be getting some compensation with their civil suits.
