11. Which works in MO.

Much of the state is rural and lilly white. I used to live in Southern Illinois, not far from MO and St. Louis. MO was a hell hole of Conservative and racist assholes. St. Louis was OK, urban, somewhat nice, but they wanted to keep all the AA's on the other side of the Mississippi in East St. Louis. I haven't been down there since the early 90s so I have no idea what its like now.
