CO only went blue in 2008. It makes sense to hold the "new" (Presidential election) light blue states like CO, NV, VA, & FL and try to regain NC (that went for Obama in 2008 but not in 2012). One not yet on the list is IN (which went Obama in 2008 but not 2012).

If they can get some solid party infrastructure in GA (with the Carters), then that deserves an attempt. AZ is trickier, although if the states all around are or have started going blue (like CA, NM & NV), then it has a better chance as a place to try... However keep in mind, a number of RW loons that used to live in CA, fled to places like AZ or ID, so they probably still have a hardcore group in there. And unless the native Americans and hispanics kick up the vote big time, it will be a slog flipping it any time soon.
