one of two agents that checked Mohammed Atta in on the morning of 9/11. He noticed body language that was troubling. Anger. But he answered all security questions correctly, had a ticket, so he gave Atta the boarding pass and sent him on his way. But things just didn't sit right with him. When the first tower was hit, he wondered about this guy. When the second tower was hit, he knew it was Atta.
