This just shows how complicit they are in this Manifest Destiny and Doctrine of Discovery these hypocrites are for the energy company, if they were so concern they would have asked for guidance from the Treaty of 1868 and Article 32 of Human Rights Commission---------------they have failed a human being (Lakota/ Dakota) and there scared rights to there land.
