I will wait until we have the official acts and all the official results. There is a legal process, that starts on Wendesday, and we will need to review all acts, to see what the results are. Thank you with all my heart, to all who have supported us. We are going to be to the height of the circumstances and be responsible, And I will represent you as you deserve it. We will not act in an irresponsible way, and search for the information and tell people the results.

He is NOT CONCEDING. He claims that they have information, and wait for the initiation of the count on July 4.

(Most of his speech was given as the President was speaking to national media)
