Just like that, his car stalls and leads to an interaction with racist cops and he's dead.

Yeah, you fired a shot for no reason and now a person is dead.

There are five cops there and all they can think of to do is shoot and taser a motorist with a broken down car instead of assisting him. The five of them should have been able to, just because it's five of them, handle any physical altercation if it came to that without resorting to deadly force.
