Why do the three officers slowly walk away together BACKWARDS, holding on to each other, facing AWAY from the car camera?
Instead of helping the victim, they all quickly distance themselves. No attempt to check his condition. No ambulance called. It's like the cops are all saying with their body language: "We really fucked up this time!"
