There was a guy standing on the passenger side of the truck threatening to pull them out of the truck and assault them, and a second protester on the drivers side made a statement that he was going to "tear you out of that car, you little fuck". The driver sped off when the guy who made the second threat stepped up to his window.

Under Nevada's lethal force laws, the driver simply needs to show that he was reasonably in fear of his safety. The only possible legal catch could be the argument that he created the unsafe situation in the first place, but since this was an unpermitted march in a public roadway, the guy can show that he had every legal right to be there and express his opinion.

Charges are unlikely, because no Nevada jury would convict them.
