I am showing a possible example of why regulations are important. A warehouse with a dance party - I think they may have been violating occupancy guidelines and possibly even regulations. Trump is on record slamming regulations about occupancy limits in rooms - regulations in place to ensure everyone can get out in the event of a fire. He is also on record citing that a big drag on employment opportunities are regulations.
