Obama's ordered a CIA investigation and that is his purview as Pres. It's not his purview to do Congress' job. Right now the R's are saying they are already investigating in their little committee(s) and nothing will change. IOW, they're not moving too fast. We need a few more senators like McCain to come forward and demand a special fair investigation into Russian hacking.
