31. What an ugly, nasty, stupid, rumpled, sloppy old wreck she is.

It makes one gag to see her turning her head to see if she can see any possible sympathizers in other lines around her to give her emotional support.

She is so bent she has to bear down on their tiny "transgression," which probably cost her no more than 30 seconds. Who on earth HASN'T been in line behind someone who brings one more item to someone who's checking out? Sane people understand it is NOT any big deal.
