These people all live in states whose governors refused to set up their own state exchange.

I used it last year, between my husband's retirement and getting to 65. I live in Florida and my premiums were pretty high (I went for a better plan). I was SO lucky not to be diagnosed for cancer until getting Medicare! When those monthly receipts come in, I just smile.
