They spew truckloads of verbal manure -- but they apparently really believe the crap they spew, they're sometimes organized, and they can be quite a nuisance

Phony court judgments and phony arrest warrants issued by these wackos have too often in the past been assumed to be legitimate by folk who should have known better, causing all sorts of headaches.
