50. I was born in 1956, so wasn't around for Stalin

Was in Japan with no TV during the Cuban missile crisis. I remember being real annoyed at the "Domino Theory" and pissed as hell about Vietnam. My dad was career military and real preachy about communism...yeah yeah.

But from 1968 onward, with anger over Vietnam, the hysteria over the domino theory was beginning to subside. And the Soviet Union didn't expand after we pulled out of Vietnam.

Now I feel like it is all going in reverse. I feel like it is Stalin all over again, like we're in some surreal thing. Like we've been transported back to 1945....

And all because of a fricking bloated billionaire....
