Every time I listen to him, which is not often, I always think there is a screw loose somewhere in his brain. Ironically, his former profession should have allowed him to recognize that trait in his own behavior. Regardless, he should not be in a position of power over other peoples well being, particularly the role that housing plays in a families welfare.
