you wanna create jobs? How about all the folks that would be hired to run and monitor a Single Payer (Medicare for all, if you will) plan? It's truly hilarious that the likes of Paul and most of the rest of the GOP can stumble thru a food bazaar, gasping and groaning that there's no food in sight!
