29. Why don't you want Vietnamese workers to have a minimum wage or independent labor unions?

The TPP would have required that. Now Vietnam doesn't have to institute a minimum wage (China sure as hell isn't going to make them do it), and the government can keep appointing their union officers. Why are you for that?
