It was posted on DU yesterday; it appears that a local photographer sent it to him: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10028529035
But note that those seats in the 'panorama' image are the ones in the assigned(?) seats/places immediately in front of the Capitol. Those seats are usually filled in every inauguration. The huge crowds for PBO in 2009 were standing on the 1.1 mile stretch between the reflecting pool behind the assigned area and the Washington Monument.
