Dangerous and something you don't want to encounter.

Difference being, Pence is like a copperhead--poisonous but the venom is slow moving.

Trump's like a black mamba. That sucker's bite will kill you within an hour.

I don't want to be bitten by either, but if I had my choice, I'd rather the copperhead.
